Imagine someone asked you, "How would you describe your house?" What would you say? In today's Bible text, Jesus actually talks about His house.
Jesus had just made His final entry into Jerusalem. His first stop in the city was the Temple where He saw that the religious leaders had turned the Court of the Gentiles into a marketplace. The purpose of the Court was to provide a place where any non-Jew could worship the One True God. Instead, they were being turned away. In Jesus' words He describes three features of His house. In HIs declaration, Jesus also challenges us to make three practical decisions.
