We are encouraging every member of our church fellowship to memorize Scripture and "hide" it in their hearts! Together, we will focus on one verse each month and this month's verse is 2 Corinthians 5: 17:

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new."

As you meditate on this verse, ask yourself, "What is God saying to me through this verse?" We will read this verse each Sunday as a group. Then on th

The fun just kept on coming last evening at our "Joy to the World" family Christmas celebration! We started by enjoying an almost endless buffet of great food. Then, we moved to the Worship Center to sing our thanks to God for sending His Son to provide the gift of eternal life - "Hark the herald angels sing...God and sinners reconciled!" Through a timeline of photos, we celebrated the 5-Year Anniversary of moving into our amazing church building. BUT WAIT, THERE WAS MORE!

What A Sweet Time of Fellowship!

by: Sherryl Nufer

12/12/2021

We took time to step back from the busy-ness of the holidays to relax and enjoy a beautiful time of fellowship. We made new friends, enjoyed a brunch buffet, celebrated Jesus' birth through Scriptures, were touched by a devotional "Today Is the Day of Salvation", and laughed our way through a gift exchange. Thank you to the Women's Ministry team for organizing this precious time. And thank you to everyone who attended - you made it special!

We can't offer enough thanks to Mary Unsworth and Monica McDonald for leading us through a great evening of food, fellowship and "crafting." We turned hundreds of pine cones into lighted Christmas star hangings that will remind us of the birth of our Savior Jesus, the LIGHT of the World! In spite of some minor glue injuries - they're not kidding when they call it HOT glue - we persevered! Again, thanks to Mary and Monica for the food and preparation that went into making a

Dinner at Cracker Barrel was a time of thankfulness, joy, and sadness. Thankfulness, because - for many years - we've been blessed to have Adrianne lead our church body in worshipping our Lord each Sunday through music. She and the Worship Team focus us on giving praise to God for His free gift of salvation through Jesus! We also felt joy, as we celebrated the upcoming marriage of Adrianne and Russ . We pray that God will abundantly bless their relationship. And a bit of s

Men's Fellowship Breakfast

by: Sherryl Nufer

10/10/2021

No better way to kick off a Saturday morning  than fellowship, food, and being "fed" from God's Word. We were challenged to think about what we do when it seems God is not hearing our prayers. Do we assume God doesn't care or do we recognize that His ways are not our ways and that His may not always align with our desires?

We were so excited to hear the AMAZING work God is doing through Amanda and the Envision Atlanta Team in Clarkston, GA! A key message - for all of us who listened - was to "be available" and watch what wonderful things God will do through us. Please pray for Amanda and the team as they work daily to fulfill the Great Commission:

"19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching
