In recent weeks, we've reflected on the first Advent - the first coming of Christ bringing with Him an opportunity for every person to have an eternal relationship with God, to be a new creation in Christ!

Today, we consider the second Advent - the day Jesus will return to  earth as King and Judge. Today's scripture provides insight into God's 3-part plan for Jesus's second coming. We learn about the "timing" of His second coming, the "involvement" of Jesus's followers in bringing this to pass, and God's promise as to "how" Jesus will return.
