There, they were met by Simeon, an elderly man who had been promised - by God - that he would not die before he beheld the Messiah. As we study today's scripture, Joseph Mary and Simeon are now joined by Anna, a prophetess of God, who also had waited for many years for the coming of Israel's Messiah. We'll learn what Anna declared as she joined them!
